At AssistMe you will join a team with a strong development background in working on the next generation of bio-sensors for prevention and early recognition of diseases. AssistMe’s mobile applications are a critical interface to our connected care ecosystem.
In the role of Office Manager, you will own the administrative efforts and work closely with everyone at AssistMe (e.g. Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to develop and support well-structured, operational processes to help ensure smooth daily operations.
Admin: provide administrative support to the director and the team
Operations: be the commander in charge of a smooth sailing ship–our office. You will help facilitate day-to-day operational office functions and activities necessary to ensure an effective and efficient daily routine
Finance: support accounting, documentation activities and payroll
Marketing: support marketing duties such as event organization and social media marketing
Research: conduct non-technical research and produce reports
2-3 years of experience in an executive support or office administration role; startup experience is a huge plus
Fluency in English and German (you’ll be communicating with our partners and other German authorities)
Prior event management experience is an advantage
Very good MS-Office knowledge
A positive “can do” attitude, proven time management skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills w/ attention to detail
A keen interest in technology and/or healthcare is a big plus
